| ✅ A strong passion for social media and digital content creation. ✅ Basic proficiency in content creation/editing tools (e.g., Canva, mobile/PC photo/video editing apps). ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✅ Highly organised, stick to schedule, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ✅ Willingness to participate and contribute in hands-on field work. | Qualifications – Preferred/Optional |
| Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Familiarity with marketing analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Suite). Familiarity in field work. |

| Creating Simple Weekly Posts: Design and schedule 2-3 short, engaging social media posts per week (graphics, carousel posts, or short text updates) for the company’s core channels.Drafting Captions: Write concise, brand-aligned copy and include relevant hashtags for all scheduled posts.Engagement Monitoring: Track comments and messages on published posts to provide basic community engagement data back to the marketing team. |

| Improving Present Image and Videos: Review and edit existing image and video assets to ensure high visual quality and brand consistency on our website and other channels.Organising Content Library: Maintain a structured, easily accessible digital library of all finalised content and raw assets. |

STIPEND STRUCTURE
The stipend for a Marketing Intern (Part-Time, Flexible Shift) can range between Rs (3000 to 5000) based on working hours, current skill sets, and performance.
